• Current Elementary Teaching Certificate. Teaching experience is preferred.
• Ability to plan programs, activities, and interventions that will work to ensure the academic success of all students.
• Knowledge and understanding of Michigan Common Core State Standard in Literacy and Mathematics and the Essential Components of Reading.
• Experience and / or knowledge of the following : Response to intervention, MTSS, SWIS, CICO, Accelerated Reader, DIBELS, Writer's Workshop, Reader's Workshop, PALS, NWEA, AARI.
