• Ensure the ERP cycle is completed for all orders and ensure processing and monitoring in accordance with agreed upon terms in order to optimally serve customer needs for all customers (local, export and ICD).
• Ensure all orders are processed and monitored to acheive OTIF target.
• Register in SAP and process sales orders, order confirmation, stock availability and order follow up, stock transfer orders and including documentations.
• Keep overview of order status and be focal point in case of inquiries.
• Commitment towards customers for delivery on confirmed date.
• Follow up on backorders/ backlog status and specific customer requests to ensure excellence customer service and customer experience.
• Communicate adequately on order status and issues towards relevant parties (internally and externally).
• Arrange to send commercial samples and FOC to customer.
• Issue debit note and credit note related prices settle, return goods
