Projects Management Drawing up a detailed project plan covering the overall project Theme requirements of manpower, machineries, material resources, budgetary outlay and activity schedules within the stipulated time frame Overall controlling amp; monitoring entire construction activities (Piling to finishes along with all Infrastructure activities and amenities) of Projects. Leading team of Engineers amp; Supervisors by training, guiding and motivating them towards maximum productivity with exceptional consensus building, negotiation and interpersonal skills, analytical mind amp; comprehensive problem detection/ solving abilities and troubleshooting skills
