Duties & Responsibilities
• The pickers/VNA drivers are picking all the stock from level A in the warehouse.
• All other picking lists for stock from levels B to D, are distributed between the reach truck drivers to pick.
• The picker must ensure that he/she pick the correct Syspro code from the correct bin, and the correct quantity required.
• Pickers/VNA driver must ensure that they pick only from bins as per picking slips. If stock cannot be found.
• The job number as per label on the box must be recorded on the picking slip for COC requirements.
• The picker must ensure that each box has the correct label with all the relevant detail and that the box is not damaged and properly sealed.
• Each pallet picked must get an identification label with the name of the customer on it.
• Customer stock for delivery is picked and held in the allocated delivery cage for loading. Pickers must ensure that they pick a maximum of 18 pallets per customer to be invoiced. This is to ensure that the... More Detail
