WHAT YOU'LL DO Enterprise Services is a global team of experts and operational leaders managing a diverse set of functional areas serving BCGers worldwide. These are business critical functions with significant influence on our employee experience. Our internal clients within BCG are generally BCG’s offices, systems, and regions; its Practice Areas; and other internal BCG functions such as Marketing, Learning & Development, and Finance. BCG has a Meetings & Events portfolio of over 250 events annually spanning in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences. Our Meetings & Events team within Enterprise Services works closely with BCG’s senior leaders to plan and manage BCG’s event programs, always with a focus on sustainability, attendee experience, and technology innovation.
