The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will be responsible for managing customer queries, complaints, and concerns, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction. The Specialist will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage projects, deliverables, and timelines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
• Project management skills and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry is a plus
