Designation – Branch Manager

Job Description:

Ø Handle a team of 100-120 members including co. Sales executives, Marketing Executives, Team Manager’s, Member Relations, DSAs, and tele callers.

Ø Achieve agreed targets in all channels

o Company & Franchisee

o DSA

o Holiday World

o Onsite sales at Resorts

Ø Recruit & build the team

Ø Drive the local marketing activities for high quality Lead Generation (prospecting)

Ø Drive BTL promotions for lead generation as well as building brand awareness

Ø Put systems in place for sales processes, member interaction, collections

Ø Manage the branch expense to be in line with given budget

Ø Closing of member issues

Ø Make the team perform to the potential

Experience:

Ø Sales experience of 10 to 12 years. Sales experience can be in Telecom, insurance or service sector.

Ø Must have handled direct sales or Franchisee sales operation

Ø Must be exposed in multi tasking performance

Requirement:

Ø Graduate / MBA’s preferred.
