Education:

Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Manufacturing Processes, Automotive, or related field.

Experience:
• 10 years of experience as a Quality Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:
• Customer service and corrective action processes
• APQP process and development of measurement methods.
• Quality control throughout the supply chain (Suppliers, WIP, Customer)
• Plant management systems (ISO IATF, ISO 14000, ISO 45001, etc.)
• Testing and measurement laboratory
• Supplier development
• Audit processes (Internal, LPAs, Customer, System, etc.)"

Technical and General Knowledge:

Knowledge of customer systems (VDA, Formel Q, Q1, etc.)

Problem-solving analysis (8Ds, A3, 5W, etc.)

Cold stamping processes, resistance/projection and mig-mag welding processes, Core Tools management, statistical tools.

Definition and tracking of Quality KPIs."

Software:

Advanced Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desirable: SAP quality modules.
