Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Mardan District. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel and meetings, taking notes, and preparing reports.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
