Welcome, communicate and assist Guests
- Punch KOT in software and generate bills
- Receive payments
- Order purchase requirements as provided from the kitchen
- Ensure all transactions are been recorded at the end of the day, submitting the same to the management every evening. Reconcile revenue at the end of the day
- Coordination with other staff members
