Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Development Volunteer located in Masvingo. The Community Development Volunteer will be responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring community outreach programs and ensuring that marginalized groups' needs are met through community development initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Development Studies, or any related field
• Experience in community development, social advocacy or human rights activism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to team work and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with marginalized groups, with sensitivity to diverse cultures and a commitment to diversity, inclusiveness, and social justice
• Ability to develop project proposals, design, monitor and report on project implementation
