SGF Global is looking for a Field Drilling Superintendent, for Oil & Gas enterprise in Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela

Requirements:
• Experience in heavy oil, factory and batch drilling operations in extended reached wells is highly desirable. Previous superintendent experience is required.
• Set clear expectations, communicate transparently, and align field and office-based teams on shared HSE, costs, and cycle time goals and aspirational targets that improve business outcomes for the EM. Ability and passion to champion the development and maintenance of a strong OE culture and possessing the inter-personal skills to foster an IFO culture. Supports others in time of need. Ability to work and thrive in a multi-cultural work environment.
