As Sr HR Generalist, you will be responsible for run the daily functions of the HR department including:
• Personnel administration,
• Employee relations,
• Compensation & Benefits,
• Training and Organizational Development
• Talent Acquisition
• Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the Chamberlain Group mission, vision and values.
• Labor and Operational regulations

You will be the point contact for employees to support them in finding solutions for department specific and individual HR issues, providing support and having positive impact on company development.

Qualifications:

Education/Certifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Psychologist preferred

Experience:

· 10+ years in Human Resources area in manufacturing environment

Experience working in manufacturing plants with more that 2000 headcount.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT)
