Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Ludhiana. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing various functions within the Human Resources Department, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and policy implementation. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
