Red Rock Partnership Ltd are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of their client for an experienced credit controller to join their team in Alfreton.

This is mainly an office based role however there is potential for hybrid working once fully trained up.

Job Purpose And Objectives
• Process outstanding invoices
• Contact customers by telephone, email and letter re outstanding invoices
• Resolve queries in a timely manner
• Respond to customer queries
• Provide assistance to the overall Credit Control function when necessary
• Manage own customer account base
• Manage own administration
• Manage volume live accounts
• Work as a team to reduce average debtor days.
• Escalate any issues to the appropriate Credit Control Supervisor or Group Credit Manager

Hours And Pay
• Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm
• £11.50 per hour

Skills And Qualifications
• Recent and relevant Credit Control experience
• SAP system experience could be an advantage, but is not essential
