We are offering an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most luxurious spa’s in the UK, as the HR Manager.

We’re looking for someone with the relevant experience to hit the ground running to manage and develop all aspects of the employee lifecycle at Ragdale Hall Spa.

With an amazing team of over 500 people, across 25 departments, the ‘Ragdale family’ is what makes the Hall such a successful business, which is why this is such an integral role.

Managing the HR Department and working alongside managers, you will act as an ambassador for the Ragdale Values, ensuring that we attract, employ, train, and retain the best people at Ragdale Hall Spa.

What the role involves:

• Oversee the recruitment process, taking a hands-on approach where required. Implementing new initiatives to further develop a fantastic candidate experience.
