Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote company products, identifying and targeting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales and Marketing Representative will also analyze market trends and competitors, provide sales forecasts, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related
• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and sales management software
