The Role : We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our "SOO" team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end testing of new features and functionalites prior to release to production and work closely with our product and development teams to resolve bugs. Responsibilities : Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback; Ensure that performance of APIs and quality of products are up to established company standards, guidelines, specifications and customer requirements; Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases; Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities; Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs; Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved; Monitor debugging process results; Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions; Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect...
