Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gazipur District for a Head of Operations. The Head of Operations will lead the organization's day-to-day operations and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost control, and operational efficiency. The Head of Operations will also develop and manage key performance indicators and provide regular status updates to executive management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, operations management or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, production planning or management functions, preferably in the garments industry.
• Experience in driving process improvements, lean management implementation, and cost control initiatives.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Kanban or Scrum.
