Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Farm Hand, located in Abeokuta. The Farm Hand will be responsible for daily operational tasks on the farm, including planting, harvesting, and general maintenance. The Farm Hand will also collaborate with other farm workers to maintain a clean and organized farm, and will oversee the well-being of crops.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in farming or agriculture
• Ability to use and maintain farm tools and equipment
• Knowledge of crop handling
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with organic or sustainable farming practices
