Roles and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all materials in the store.

Regularly conduct physical inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

Implement and oversee a system for proper stock rotation and FIFO (First In, First Out) to minimize waste.

Procurement and Replenishment:

Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials based on consumption trends and project requirements.

Generate purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Coordination with Departments:

Liaise with various departments to understand their material requirements and coordinate the allocation of materials accordingly.
