Key Responsibilities

Hiring for a leading manufacturing company:
• Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents
• Achieve the shift targets in terms of Productivity,Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment
• Identification of process bottlenecks and suggesting improvement solutions
• Capability building in the technicians
• Documentation updating and maintaining (IMS, department records, etc)
• Resource Planning technician and contractor for routine and non-routine activities
• Identifying the design Gap in TSD cycle time and Blender Cycle Time and proposing a solution for the same
• Understand the equipment, products, Processes, Raw materials and roles of RMs
• Understand the design capacity, operations and troubleshooting
• DCS,Batch Portal and SAP operation
• Getting work from operators to achieve the shift target
• Coordination with relevant stakeholder groups to achieve the shift target
