Profile : Product Manager

Location : Thrissur, Kerala

Job Objective

· To lead product development activities and monitor & drive sales of products in the Bank to enhance the profitability, quality of product portfolio and to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and vision of the Bank.

· Primary responsibilities

Strategic and planning

· Assist the Head Branch Banking in developing Personal Banking products in line with the overall strategy of the Bank.

· Provide value added inputs to Business and regularly monitor performance against plans.

· Manage the given product portfolio and deliver the laid down targets within parameters.

· Identify customer needs through market data

· Development of new products which are suitable for the market

· To come up with Product vision & strategy to create benefits and value for a customer
