Kermi Russia (“greenfield”, worldwide manufacturer of steel heating radiators) invites skilled and motivated Head of Quality to join our plant team in Stupino, Moscow Region Responsibilities: Product validation, verification and technical inspection (destructive and non-destructive evaluation) Provision of processes traceability Layered process audit Problems and claims data collection and analysis Development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions Preparation and managing the process of ISO 9001 certification Active support of Lean production philosophy Reported team management Requirements: Engineering degree (metal working is preferable – stamping or welding) Relevant experience not less than 5 years (preferable automotive) Fluent English or German ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 knowledge and understanding Quality control tools (Isikawa diagram, checklist, histogram, Poison cake test etc.) Lean Management (5S, 7 losses, TPM, SMED, PokaYoke etc).
