Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Now Technical Lead for a leading firm based , located in Lisbon with flexibility for some remote work.

Base Salary - EUR €50,000 to €60,000

Qualifications
• Maintenance & Repair, Troubleshooting, and Field Service skills
• Customer Service and Maintenance skills
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus
