Key Responsibilities

hiring for a leading retail company:
• Achieve annual sales budget (customer level, product level)
• Monitor debtors outstanding and ensure recovery of all receivables
• Ensure timely registration of all complaints; liaise with customer service; and
• Monitor sales forecasting and its effectiveness
• Adhere to policies and SOPs (as applicable)
• Drive growth strategy for the key accounts business
• Benchmark competitor's product and work with R&D to develop a product pipeline to increase business

Must Criteria
• Should have served as AM at least for more than 2–3 years; sales background is mandatory
• Sales experience may be of any product, preferably adhesives, construction, consumer durables, telecom, or FMCG
• If he does not have experience as an AM, he should have handled B2B sales
• Good interpersonal skills across the level (Jr to Sr Management)
• Should have basic English communication skills + local language
