In this dynamic role within our Savory Flavours business unit, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in supporting the factory in consistently improving our quality standards on-site. You will work fulltime in our location in Felinfach, Wales, UK on this 6-months' temporary role.

What you will do:
• To achieve these goals as a key member of the HACCP Team, you'll be tracking and trending of CCP non-conformities.
• In addition, you will manage the internal audit team to ensure that all internal audits are completed on an annual basis against the current BRC standard, ensure that non-conformities are documented and corrective actions implemented.
• You will be part of the raw material approval team, carrying out risk assessments on food safety and participating in GMP site monitoring and support and reporting KPI.
