An excellent opportunity for a Fashion Administrator to join a successful Ladieswear Fast Fashion Supplier. They are a leading supplier to Boohoo/PLT, Karen Millen, Coast etc. You will be working with the Senior Merchandiser and have full responsibility with great opportunities as the company grows. Graduate welcome. Must drive for this role.

The Role
• Liaising with various departments across the business such as, Accounts, Design, Sales, Shipping, etc. Maintain the critical path in line with the product ranges.
• Liaise with the factories to ensure a continuous flow of information is in place.
• Ensure the timely arrival of product orders.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Checking delivery notes.
• Chase up labelling/ packaging approvals and product samples.
• Manage customer orders ensuring all queries are answered and issues are resolved.
• Accountable for the delivery of the critical path for product ranges.
