Business Environment

Be a functional expertise entry point in all products handled within the group for complex and cross functional/division solutions analysis/recommendation. The Contract Management entity develops reservation products for airlines and travel agents, related to passengers bookings and electronic tickets.

Our main products focus on orchestrating contracts between airlines, travel agencies and the passengers - administering 2.5 million tickets and 700 million USD every day.

The general event driven platform we are accountable for includes :
• The issuance of electronic documents from a passenger booking across all Amadeus channels and products;
• The management of aftersales orchestration (refund, cancellation, exchange...);
• The administration of pricing offers and commission;
• The interface with airlines and travel agencies travel accounting.
