Requirements for Bookkeeper & Office Manager:

The candidate is expected to handle all aspects of the day to day running of the office, administrative and other tasks as required for a company working in the manufacturing and construction sector, such as:

Project Administration:
• Follow the project life cycle from beginning to end (administrative and clerical), e.g.;
• Receive and review project start documentation to prepare contract denunciation.
• Create project in relevant programs (accounting systems, project/contract platforms) and enter project costs and budgets.
• Follow up and maintain AR, costs, holdbacks, and status.
• Obtain or prepare attestations from Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ), Comité conjoint des matériaux de construction (CCMC) and Revenu Québec.

Accounts receivable and Invoicing:
• Collect billing (contractual and extra) information monthly as per deadlines.
• Create all billing in invoicing system.
