We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant, will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate HR files and records, answering employee inquiries, assisting with payroll, recruitment, and new hire orientation, and supporting the implementation of company programs to increase morale. The ideal candidate will have completed post-secondary education in Human Resources, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a detail-oriented and organized approach to their work.

Responsibilities:

· Maintains accurate & up to date human resources files, records, and documentation.

· Answers frequently asked questions from employees relating to standard policies, benefirs, etc.; refers to more complex questions to HRBP.

· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR Files and records.
