Key Responsibilities

Project Supervision and Implementation:
• Manage the products and projects of the IT department (Products and Outsource), ensuring progress and summarizing results.
• Lead CRM projects with a focus on customization to enhance business operations.
• Manage the professional and efficient operation of the company's website, including technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and data backup.
• Troubleshoot and fix crucial issues that pertain to server logs, network, backend, and frontend source code.

Technology Strategy Development
• Research, deploy, and advise the management on technology solutions to develop a tech strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
• Develop systems for functions within new projects in response to challenging requirements.
