JOB TITLE: Construction QAQC Lead

REPORTS TO: Construction Manager (operational) Project Quality Manager (functional)

LOCATION: Germany, Wesseling

SKILL POOL: Discipline Engineering Quality Engineering

JOB DIMENSIONS:

• Reinforce the Shell HSSE requirements to the inspectors on site

• Prepare and implement a Construction Quality Assurance/Control Plan including required construction QAQC procedures

• Attend a kick off meeting with Construction Contractors to ensure Quality objectives and expectations are addressed and clearly understood.

• Assist / Review of Construction Contractors quality documents (quality plan, ITP, quality procedures, and etc.)

• Setup and lead site Quality Induction Program

• Participate prequalification of Inspectors from EFA Inspection Agencies based on job requirements and maintaining a list of approved inspectors and back-ups as approved by Shell / Project.
