Role

The operation and project manager will be responsible for managing aspects of the facility management and small projects, ensuring first class service delivery to the Client account.
• Provide excellent service to the Client.
• Ensure exceptional vendor performance, manage, and track the completion of soft and hard services (including, but not limited to cleaning, landscaping, vending, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical etc.),
• Ensure that the defined scope of work at Client's sites is delivered with excellence and consistency across the range of services to meet and sustain the designated Customer Satisfaction levels.
• Ensure all reporting requirements, quality control, audit requirements, safety and statutory compliance.
