Key Responsibilities

Hiring for a leading manufacturing company:
• Achieve the shift targets in terms of Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment
• Identification of process bottle necks and suggesting improvement solutions
• Capability building in the technicians
• Trouble shooting the issue in packing lines with the support of stake holder
• Contributing to improve the section parameter like OEE,Batch Loss,etc
• Handling manpower related issue at shop floor
• Documentation updating and maintaining (IMS, Dept records etc)
• Resource Planning technician & contractor for routine & non routine activities
• Understand the packing machine ,equipment, products, Processes and Automation.
• Understand the design capacity, operations and troubleshooting
• DCS , Batch Portal and SAP operation
• Getting work from operators to achieve the shift target
• Coordination with relevant stake holders to achieve the shift target ,OEE etc
