Crystal Creamery is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist for our Sacramento Area.

SUMMARY : The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for increasing sales in current accounts, and overall account management sales functions.

The Retail Sales Specialist locations are in Northern Sacramento and Greater Northern California Market.

Job Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in merchandising or have worked in a retail store environment.
• Effective communication, relationship building , and interpersonal skills in relation to making sales, customer service, and solving problems.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and multiple goals through prioritization and organization of weekly schedules and accounts.
• Flexibility in working schedule and comfort level in changing daily routines to meet customer needs or schedules.
• Capability to lift and move milk crates 40 pounds per crate and pull / drag 240 pounds per milk crate stack (6 case stack) at times.
