STORE SUPERVISOR Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the systems, policies and procedures of Unicomer Jamaica Limited. Ensure that customer complaints and after sales issues are logged and addressed. Manage receiving, storage and dispatch of customer item for repair Aged Stock Management and action. Assist with management of customer experience. Preparation and submission of Branch Sales Weekly Reports. Provide support to the Warehouse Department as required. Handle delivery enquiries. Manage receiving, storage and dispatch of customer item for repair. Assist with supervision and checking off the cashiers. Assist with opening and closing of the store.
