Operations Director North Italy (multi-site)

We are looking for an Operations Director (COO) who will be in charge of four production sites in North Italy. Must be located near to one of the plants ((Santhia, Desio, Pianfei, Virle) and willing to travel across this territory.

Main tasks:
• Lead the Operations performance in four smaller plants in the perimeter (P&L, quality, customer interaction, supply chain, Health & Safety,…).
• Lead plant industrial activities related to transfers, new programs to ensure future performance and optimize.
