Trainee Mill Operative Required Job title Trainee Mill Operative Main purposes of job To learn the following:- To cut and prepare timber ready for machining. To deliver outstanding customer service / quality of product. To maintain compliance with Health & Safety requirements. Key tasks Preparation and cutting of timber products for Machining. Use of timber cutting and machining equipment. Use of Power tools. General Housekeeping. Maintain Quality Standards Key results/objectives Maintain focus on targets to service customer demands and meet deadlines. Use company documentation to produce required components. Maintain both company and legislative quality standards. Store manufactured products safely and effectively. Complete any relevant training needs for core skills, within your own role and multi skilling.
