Head of Sales (Branch Management)

Job Description
• Design and adapt the company’s branch organization for maximum efficiency in order to achieve sales targets in short, medium and long term as per the Chief Branch Network Officer's strategy.
• Utilize the company’s resources as efficient as possible to achieve the company’s sales targets and goals.
• Manage the company’s branch manpower to ensure that sales targets, company’s policies and regulations are met within branch operations.
• Report to CBNO and act as a key contact for any matters
• Overseeing the process of opening new branches while maintaining the existing branches to be as efficient and up to standard.

Qualification
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
• Strong experience in sale team role in commercial business or financial industry
• 8+ years in managerial role, leading more than 300 staffs
• Strong business analytical skill
