Position Summary

Reporting to the Director Product Segment Marketing, this position has EU responsibility for directing and supporting Regal Rexnord – Conveying Division Market initiatives in the Industrial Sector to deliver revenue growth above market and share gain at strategic accounts (OEM and End User). This person will assist with identifying and driving the execution of share gain account plans (Annual Target Opportunities – ATOs) in cooperation with (Strategic) Account Executives (SAE’s/AE’s) and Channel Account Managers (CAMs). This role will support AE’s and SAE’s to drive Rexnord specification & preference at OEMs and End Users. This position is also responsible for identifying and submitting Market Problems and Voice of the Customer (VOC) into the product management teams and NPD idea funnel to generate breakthrough new product developments and close portfolio gaps.
