Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Understanding students' requirements and making appropriate offers through the counseling process as advised
• Training and coaching IELTS aspirants
• Identifying the weak areas of the candidates and suggesting corrections
• Improving the basic English of the student
• Making teaching plans for the IELTS
• Preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students
• Preparing, setting, and checking tests, examination papers, and exercises
• Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students
• Handling the basics of administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records
• Achieving goals as defined by your senior/supervisor in terms of enrolment and coaching
