Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Palakkad for an Administrative Assistant at Model City School. The Administrative Assistant will undertake administrative and clerical duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the school office. The Administrative Assistant will also handle incoming calls, email correspondence, and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized filing system.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office administration software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure
• Good customer service skills and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
