 Responsible for Driving Secondary Sales of the Company

 Scheme communication to Dealers, Direct dealers & Sub – Dealers

 New product launch - pitching to Dealer and Sub-Dealer

 Engaging with influencers like Plumbers, Contractors, Architects

 Selling to House owners and other projects (Site Visit)

 Organizing meets - Plumber meets & Dealer meets

 Develop New Counters to Promote the Products

 Evaluating the counters and subsequently providing & Installing display boards and panels to maximize visibility

 Responsible for In-shop selling (Tertiary) and the right display at counters

 Working Closely with Company and Channel Partners to Develop the Assigned Territories

 Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target

 Provide all Pre & Post Sales Services to the Dealers, Direct Dealers, Influencers & Customers

 Follow the Travel Plan & Visit the Dealers as per Company Policy in the Assigned Territory
