The responsibilities of a Driver are as follows:

• Ensure timely conveyance of staff and companymaterials securely to and from places as instructed by the supervisor.

• Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and cleanat all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle.

• Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensurethey are in good working condition.

• Recognizeelectrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or technician.

• Reportany instance of mishap or accident to the supervisor.

• Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, suchas changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate times, and re-fuel ling thecar(s).

• Guaranteethat products and staff are protected and secured.

• Keep up atravel log to record areas traveled to, travel time, and work hours.

• Keep all records, including receipts for vehiclemaintenance.

• Report any case of accident, injury, or damage to vehicles to the supervisor.
