· Implementation of legal strategy subject to multiple regulatory regimes across diverse jurisdictions and cultures

· Policies and procedures are in the process of being developed and constructed.

· Diverse legal principles applicable in different jurisdictions

· Lack of full functional legal staff complement.

· Business is governed largely by contracts.

· Fairly new trading environment for company

· Changing legal/compliance environment in the various jurisdictions

Key Performance Areas
