Main Responsibilities:
• Attend daily / weekly and shutdown planning & scheduling meetings as required.
• Receive work schedules and work packages for the assigned Shift & crew.
• Review work package details and seek clarification as required for assigned jobs
• Attend down day & shutdown rehearsal meetings as required.
• Participate in Safe Work Permit meetings as required.
• Assign work based on trade competency for the assigned to crane crew.
• Provide trade specific technical direction, coaching and mentoring during execution.
• Interact with trade specialists, equipment specialists, planners, operations and technical subject matter experts to resolve problems arising during execution.
• a) Participate in decisions to defer work or extend work duration.
• b) Participate in decisions to accept / add on work during execution.
• Assure adherence to all work packages detail during execution.
• Verify all assigned work efforts are complete and / or properly handed over.
