Architect Assistance to the Project Managers in Design and Tender phases, with the following main tasks:
• Assistance for instruction of Licensing Processes and correspondent follow-up with all the competent Authorities, verifying and gathering all necessary documentation;
• Understanding and support monitoring of Detail Project development, with close contact with design team(s);
• Verification of commercial plans, area schedules and horizontal property drawings;
• Responsible to update the data base of new technologies and materials;
• Assistance to the interface between legal/finance departments with Design Department;
• Responsible for documentation archive.

Professional Background Requirements
• Architecture Degree
• At least 2-3 years of professional background
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM Methodology
• Urbanistic and architectural laws domain
• Excellent cooperation, responsibility, organizational and communication skills
