Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated area, managing sales teams, setting sales objectives and goals, creating and executing sales plans, and analyzing sales data to inform strategic decisions. The role is located in Lucknow, India.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management roles
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
