Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a customer care executive located in Indore. The customer care executive will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support, and ensuring quick resolution of issues.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Proficient in using MS Office and other computer applications
• Bachelor's degree in any field
